Largest Potato in the world is from Weiser

The world’s largest potato made a stop in Idaho Falls. The potato tour started in Boise and will go all across the country for the next 7 months.

The Idaho Potato Commission is celebrating its 75^th anniversary by sending the world’s biggest potato to different cities.

The potato is 28 feet long, 12 feet wide and 11.5 feet tall.

It’s made out of steel, plywood and movie-set foam and took about a year to make.

It would take about 10,000 years to grow a potato this size. The potato was made in Weiser, Idaho.
